17 Mar We’re Putting a New Spin on Home Insurance
During this difficult time, we wanted to assure you that we are still here to help. It’s just that our Lantana insurance office is now also a Lake Worth auto insurance office, a Boynton Beach car insurance agency, a Delray Beach auto insurance office, a Greenacres car insurance agency and a West Palm Beach auto insurance office.
In other words, all of our Florida auto insurance specialists are working from home now.
We’re all staying home to stay safe and to protect our first responders, healthcare heroes and other essential workers. And we’re all singing our hearts out while we wash our hands, frequently of course.
Songs to Scrub By
The general advice has been to sing Happy Birthday twice to ensure you’re washing your hands for the necessary 20 seconds it takes to get them really clean. But seriously, how many times can you sing Happy Birthday before you want to scream for much longer than 20 seconds.
There is a world full of music to choose from!
You can eat up 20 seconds singing “Row, Row, Row Your Boat” twice. Then there’s the theme for final Jeopardy. The contestants get 30 seconds to write their responses (in the form of a question, of course), but if you’re anything like our resident Jeopardy fan, you’ll get through it faster than that.
NPR shared suggestions it received from listeners. Here are some of their ideas:
- A triage nurse named Phillip turns to Queen, singing “We will, we will rock you (rock you)” three times. “Sometimes,” NPR reports, “he says, he changes it to ‘We will, we will wash you.’”
- “For those whose gaze turns heavenward,” NPR says, “Jody Brkich suggests ‘Twinkle, twinkle little star’ twice.”
- Lisa Radov told NPR that she washes to Prince’s lyrics: “Raspberry Beret. She wore a raspberry beret, the kind that you get at a secondhand store. Raspberry beret, and if it was warm she wouldn’t wear much more. Raspberry beret. I think I love her.”
If you’re looking for Florida auto insurance, just remember the B&B Car Insurance Agency of Lantana (usually) is still open and able to help you with all your insurance needs.
